Ezekiel 32:16

This is the lament (Hebr. qina) that they shall chant (lament with; sing monotonously and drawn out – Hebr. qinen), the daughters of the peoples shall lament with it for Egypt, and her multitudes shall lament with it, declares (says, proclaims) the Lord of lords (Adonai Yahweh).
