Ezekiel 32:2

Son of man, take up a lamentation over Pharaoh, king of Egypt, and say to him:
You have likened yourself to a young lion [Ezek. 19:1–9],
though you are like a dragon (crocodile) in the sea
and you surge forth with your rivers
and muddy (turn to mud) the waters with your feet
and muddy (corrupt) the rivers [literally: 'their rivers'].
