Ezekiel 32:27

And those who are inferior (worse than) the uncircumcised shall not lie among the mighty who have gone down to Sheol (the underworld, the place of the dead) with their weapons of war, whose swords are under their heads and whose sins are on their bones, because the terror of the mighty was in the land of the living.
