Ezekiel 48:21

The prince shall receive what remains on both sides of the sacred area and the city area. This applies to the land up to the 25,000 [cubits; 13 km] wide sacred area, all the way to the eastern border, and likewise to the west, the land up to the 25,000 [13 km] wide area, all the way to the western border. Both of these areas, which run parallel to the tribal lots, shall belong to the prince. The sacred area with the sanctuary shall be located between them.
