Hosea 6:1

[Now follows a threefold plea for repentance.] Come, let us return to the Lord (Yahweh)! [Only the Lord, not the Assyrians to whom they had previously turned, can heal and restore the land, see Hos. 5:13]
He has torn us,
but he will heal us.
He has struck us,
but he will bind us up.
