Leviticus 27:28

Make sure that no consecrated object (Hebr. charem) that a man has consecrated (Hebr. charam) to the Lord (Yahweh) from all that he has, both people and animals and the crops of the fields, is sold or redeemed. Every consecrated object is most holy to the Lord (Yahweh).
