Leviticus 4:31

And he shall remove all its fat as the fat is removed from the peace offering, and the priest shall burn it on the altar for a sweet aroma to the Lord (Yahweh), and the priest shall make atonement for him (cover him – Hebr. kapar) and he shall be forgiven.
