Habakkuk 1:8

Their horses are more agile than leopards
and more violent than the wolves of the desert.
Their riders spread out,
yes, their riders come from distant places,
they fly like the eagle (the vulture – Hebr. nesher), which rushes [dives] to eat [take its prey].
