Haggai 2:22

and I will overthrow the thrones
of the kingdoms
and I will destroy the strength of the kingdoms
in the lands
and I will overthrow their chariots
and those who ride in them,
and the horses
and their riders
shall fall, every one,
by the sword of their brother."
