Zechariah 7:7

Will you not listen to the words that the Lord (Yahweh) has proclaimed (proclaimed) through his former prophets when Jerusalem was inhabited and prosperous, and when the cities around her and the Negev and the Lowlands [Hebr. Shefelah – the lowlands between the Mediterranean coast and the Judean mountains] were inhabited?
