Numbers 28:14

And your drink offering shall be
half a hin [1.8 liters] of wine for a bull
and a third of a hin [1.2 liters] for a ram
and a quarter of a hin [0.9 liters of wine] for a lamb.
This is the burnt offering for each new moon throughout the months of the year.
