Matthew 10:6

Go instead to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
[The first mission was directed to the Jews, who are God's physical and visible people here on earth, see Eph. 2:14. After Jesus' resurrection, the call was extended to all peoples of the world, see Matt. 28:19. The Israelites are likened to sheep that have gone astray, the disciples are called to be shepherds, pointing out that the King of the Kingdom of Heaven, Jesus, is near.]
