Woe ὑμῖν,
to you, γραμματεῖς
scribes καὶ
and Φαρισαῖοι
Pharisees, ὑποκριταί,
hypocrites! ὅτι
For ἀποδεκατοῦτε
you pay tithes of τὸ
ἡδύοσμον
mint, καὶ
and τὸ
ἄνηθον
dill, καὶ
and τὸ
κύμινον
cumin; καὶ
and ἀφήκατε
you have neglected τὰ
the βαρύτερα
weightier [matters] τοῦ
of the νόμου,
law: τὴν
κρίσιν

πίστιν·
faithfulness. ταῦτα
These δὲ
now ἔδει
it was necessary ποιῆσαι
