Luke 23:46

And when Jesus had cried out with a loud voice, he said, "Father, into your hands I commit my spirit." [Here Jesus quotes the opening verse of Ps. 31:6 from a confident psalm by David.] When he had said this, he gave up his spirit (literally: he breathed out) [in a final powerful exhalation, see also Matt. 27:50; John 19:30].
