Acts 7:22

Moses was taught all Egyptian wisdom (philosophy) and he was powerful (strong) in words (Gk. logos) and deeds (actions). [Luke uses the same phrase about Jesus, see Luke 24:19. Although Moses himself did not consider himself a good speaker (Ex. 4:10), he was a man of his word. His words and deeds were consistent. Logos also often emphasizes the written word; he was a good rhetorician and author of the Books of Moses, see John 5:46.]
