First letter to the Corinthians 10:16

The cup of blessing [with wine during the Lord's Supper] that we bless,
does it not signify [drinking]
communion (participation) with the blood of the Anointed One (Christ)?
The bread that we break,
does it not signify [eating] it
communion (participation) with the body of the Anointed One (Christ)?
