If there is reason for me to travel, they will travel with me.
[Here are some important principles of giving. Everyone is involved; Paul addresses not only the rich but everyone. There is regularity; collections are taken every week when people meet for worship. It is not just one person who is responsible for the money. Paul does not dictate how everything should be done; the congregation itself has the freedom to appoint suitable people. In the next letter, Paul writes in chapters eight and nine about giving, which should be done from the heart, without compulsion and with joy, see 2 Cor. 9:7.]
