First letter to the Corinthians 6:1

[It is likely that someone in the congregation had gone to court concerning this case where the son was with his father's wife. Perhaps the humiliated father, one of the wife's relatives, or a group in the congregation.]
How can any of you who are in dispute with another [brother or sister] go to court before the unrighteous and not before the saints?
