Deuturonomy 7:9

So understand (be aware of, know) that it is the Lord (Yahweh), your God (Elohim), who is God (Elohim); the faithful God (El) who keeps his covenant and shows mercy to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commandments. [Mercy for a thousand generations probably refers to infinite eternal mercy, see, for example, Ps. 105:8.]
