Hebrews 13:24

Greet all your leaders and all the saints. The believers (brothers and sisters) who are from Italy greet you [as well].
[It is natural that those who were originally from Rom and Italy greeted their friends in return, which means that the letter was probably written to Rom. The heading of a letter often indicates who the letter is intended for. The Epistle to the Romans, for example, was written to Christians in Rom. In this case, however, the title probably refers to the sender of the letter. They are Jude from some province of the Roman Empire. Ephesus is a possible location. Timothy often traveled there and could have been imprisoned and released.]
