Revelation 18:1

[Now the fall of Babylon is proclaimed. The chapter is written as a lament and contrasts with the heavenly song of victory in the next chapter. John's perspective is from earth, and he is still in the desert in this vision, see Rev 17:3.]
After [all] this, I saw another angel coming down from heaven with great power, and the earth was illuminated by his glory.
