Ruth 2:17

She picked ears in the harvest field until evening. When she had patted out what she had picked, it was about an ephah of barley.
[An ephah was a volume measure of 6-9 gallons. According to Ezek. 45:11, the ephah is equivalent to a tenth of a chomer. Heb. chamor is donkey, and a chomer was the weight that a donkey could carry. Ruth’s harvest that day was large, about 33–55 pounds of barley that she carried home]
