And they took two of the princes of Midian, Oreb and Zeeb, and they struck Oreb at the rock of Oreb, and Zeeb they struck in the winepress of Zeeb, and they pursued the Midianites. And they brought the heads of Oreb and Zeeb to Gideon on the other side of the Jordan.
God (Elohim) has delivered into your hands the princes of Midian, Oreb and Zeeb, and what could I do compared to you?" Then their anger toward him subsided when he spoke these words.
Those who said, "Let us take possession of God's dwelling place
for ourselves."
And the Lord of hosts (Yahweh Sebaot) will stir up a scourge against him,
as when Midian was slaughtered at the rock of Oreb [when Gideon's small army defeated the Midianites with the help of the Lord, see ],
and as his staff was over the sea,
so shall he lift it up in the Egyptian manner (way, manner). []
