Psalms 53:2

God (Elohim) looks down from heaven on the children of men (Adam's children),
to see if there is anyone who is wise (lives wisely),
anyone who seeks (searches for, takes refuge in, often comes before) God.
[This verse also brings to mind Genesis and how God came down to see what the people were doing when they built the Tower of Babel, see Gen. 11:5.]
