Matthew 18:28

But when that servant (slave) came out [left there], he met one of his fellow servants (fellow slaves) who owed him a hundred denarii. [One denarius was equivalent to a day's wage for a laborer – the entire sum was equivalent to three months' wages.] And he seized him by the throat (grabbed him and began to strangle him) and said, 'Pay what you owe (literally: Pay if you owe anything)!'
