Genesis 38:2

There Judah saw the daughter of a Canaanite man named Shoa [meaning "wealth"], took her, and went in to her (had sexual relations with her). [In a similar way to Esau (Gen. 26:34), Judah left the commandments and took a wife from a Canaanite family, see Deut. 7:3–4; 1 Kings 11:1–2.]
