Second Kings 10:6

And he [Jehu] wrote a second letter to them, saying, "If you are on my side and if you listen to my voice, take the heads of the men of your lord's sons and come to me tomorrow at this time."
And the king's sons, who were 70 in number, were with the great men of the city, who brought them up.
