First Chronicles 29:17

I know, my God, that you test the heart and give mercy (conditional mercy; have favor – Hebr. ratsah) to what is right. With an honest heart, I have brought all these voluntary gifts. And now I have also seen with joy how your people standing here have brought their voluntary gifts to you.
