Second Chronicles 6:14

and said [in prayer]: "Lord (Yahweh), God (Elohim) of Israel, there is no God (Elohim) like you, neither in heaven nor on earth, who keeps the covenant and preserves mercy (Hebr. chesed) toward your servants when they walk before you with all their heart.
