Esther 8:9

Then the king’s scribe was called at that time, the third month which is the month Sivan on the 23rd day of this month [June 25]. It was written in accordance with all that Mordecai commanded concerning the Jews to the satraps, governors, and princes of all the provinces extending from India to Cush [present-day Ethiopia/Sudan], 127 provinces, to each province in their own written language, and to each people in their own language, and to the Jews in their writing and their language [Est. 1:1].
