Psalms 147:9

he who feeds the animals, the young ravens that cry.
[It is the Lord who is behind the entire cycle, from the clouds that bring rain to the grass that feeds the animals. Yes, he makes sure that even the smallest bird is fed, see also Matt. 6:26.]
