Psalms 41:8

[They say about me:] 'Something evil (Hebr. belijaal) has washed over him,
he lies there and will never rise again.'
[In the Dead Sea Scrolls, Belijaal is portrayed as a person who is God's enemy and who entices people to apostasy. Paul uses the word in this sense when he rhetorically asks what connection the Messiah could have with Belijaal (Beliar), see 2 Cor. 6:15.]
