Exodus 22:9

For every kind of transgression—whether it concerns an ox, a donkey, a sheep, clothing, or anything that has been lost—if someone [finds it and] says, "This is [mine]," both parties shall bring their case before God (Elohim). The one whom God (Elohim) judges guilty [shows to have erred] shall make double restitution to his neighbor. [In the same way as in verse 4 and verse 7, because the stolen item is also recovered, not fourfold as in verse 1.]
