Isaiah 44:12

The smith takes [uses, sharpens] his tool (some kind of axe – Hebr. maatzad)
and works in the coals and works it [the piece of metal] with the hammer
and works with his strong arm,
he becomes hungry and his strength fails,
he drinks no water and becomes weak.
