Mount the horses
and prepare the chariots
and let the mighty men (men in their prime, full of their own strength and power) go forth.
Cush [present-day Ethiopia and Sudan] and Put (Hebr. Pot) [corresponds to present-day Libya] to handle the shield,
the Lodites to handle and bend the bow.
