Ezekiel 13:20

Thus says the Lord of Lords (Adonai Yahweh): Behold, I am against your bracelets (amulets, occult bands) with which you capture (entrap) souls [human lives] like birds. And I will tear them from your arms, and I will let the souls spread out (bloom like a flower, become free), the souls that you have hunted like birds.
