Zechariah 8:9

Thus says the Lord of hosts (Yahweh Tzevaot):
Let your hands be strong,
you who hear these words spoken by the prophets who were there on the day when the foundation of the house of the Lord of hosts (Yahweh Tzevaot) was laid so that the temple could be rebuilt.
