Behold, I send my messenger [John the Baptist, see Mark 1:2], and he shall prepare the way before me. Suddenly he shall come to his temple, the Lord [Adon, i.e., Messiah, Jesus] whom you ask for, the messenger of the covenant whom you desire. Behold, he is coming,
says the Lord of hosts (Yahweh Sebaot).
