And you and your sons with you shall keep (guard, protect, preserve) your priesthood in all that pertains to the altar and to everything within the curtain (veil), and you shall serve (minister). I have given you the priesthood as a service gift, and any unauthorized person (stranger, commoner) who comes near shall be put to death."
