Numbers 5:18

And the priest shall set the woman before the Lord (Yahweh) and uncover the woman's head [perhaps to indicate that she is ritually unclean, see Lev. 13:45] and place the food offering in her hand, which is the food offering for jealousy [Lev. 2:1], and the priest shall have the water of bitterness that causes the curse in his hand.
