John 21:24

It is this disciple [John himself, who is writing this letter] who testifies (presents facts and evidence) to all these things and has written them down, and we know that his testimony is true.
[John identifies himself here. "We" may refer to the elders of the church in Ephesus, where John spent the last part of his life.]
