For even if you had a myriad [the highest numerical value in Greek, which is 10,000, but is also used figuratively to describe an innumerable quantity] of teachers in the Anointed One (Messiah, Christ), you still do not have many fathers. It was I who, in the Anointed One Jesus, gave you birth through the gospel.
