Second letter to Timothy 3:13

But evil people and deceivers [charlatans, illusionists, those who give the appearance of being good] will go further and further in their wickedness, they deceive (wander away from the truth) and are themselves deceived.
[All sin originates from being deceived. Knowing the truth sets people free, see John 8:31–32.]
