Revelation 1:7


Behold, he is coming [back] with the clouds (skies)
and every eye will see him,
even those who pierced him,
and all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of him.
Yes (truly), amen (it is true, let it be so).
[A double affirmation in both Greek and Hebrew. The phrase nai amen begins with the Greek word for "yes" followed by the transliterated Hebrew word amen. The word amen originates from the Hebrew verb aman, which means to be faithful, to stand firm, and to be a pillar.]
