Revelation 7:3

"Do not harm the earth or the sea or the trees until we have sealed the foreheads of the servants of our God!"
[Once again, an image is borrowed from Ezekiel's vision, where a man dressed in linen is given the task of going through the city and drawing a mark on the foreheads of all those who weep and sigh over the sin they see around them, see Ezekiel 9:4. Later in Rev, God's opponents are forced to receive a mark on their right hand or forehead, see Rev 13:16.]
