Judges 8:27

And Gideon made an ephod [perhaps an image of a high priest; to determine God's will, see Ex. 29:2–5] out of it and placed it in his city, in Ophrah, and all Israel went after it (literally: prostituted themselves with it), and it became a snare to Gideon and to his house.
