First Samuel 13:13

Samuel said to Saul, "You have acted foolishly [only priests were allowed to sacrifice], you have not kept (guarded, protected, preserved) the Lord (Yahweh), the commands (the clear commandments – Hebr. mitzvot) of your God (Elohim) that he commanded (Hebrew tsavah) you [Deut. 20:8–9], for now the Lord (Yahweh) would have established your kingdom over Israel forever.
