John 13:38

Jesus answered, "Do you [really] want to lay down your life for me? Truly (amen, amen) I say to you, before the rooster crows, you will deny (renounce all connection with) me three times."
[Peter, who is usually the first to speak and ask questions, now becomes completely silent. During the rest of the meal, Thomas, Philip, and James ask questions, which Jesus answers.]
