Psalms 148:6

He gave them their place (literally "made them stand") forever and ever,
he gave them a decree ("engraved commandment," fundamental law), and no one transgresses it.
[The word "decree" here comes from the verb "to engrave," which indicates a permanent, unchangeable law. Based on the context, see verses 2-3, this ordinance here refers to natural laws such as the law of gravity. However, the word is also used for God's instructions to man, see Ex. 18:16, so God's moral laws are also included in the concept.]
