Leviticus 17:4

and does not bring the animal to the entrance of the tent of meeting (Hebr. óhel meed) to present it as an offering to the Lord (Yahweh) before the tabernacle of the Lord (Yahweh) (Hebr. miskan), it shall be counted as blood guilt on that man. He has shed blood, and he shall be cut off from his people.
